Build your own online ecommerce business

I didn't understand the importance of keyword optimization, links, and I didn't have much control over the content.

Now? Everything you see here was done by myself, the complete opposite of my last website, which was not interactive or optimized for ecommerce.

What is ecommerce, you ask? Wikipedia refers to ecommerce as The buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks.

It was there but wasn't doing anything.

It was a cookie cutter website for insurance agencies that cost $500.00 to start, then $300 a year for maintenance.

But there was no SEO (search engine optimization), no step by step instructions, no monetization ideas, no google ads or affiliate marketing opportunities.

I was left on my own to figure it out.

Since it wasn't search engine optimized, it was invisible on the web, unless you knew the name of my business.

For the few folks who did find it, there were no monetization options on it. No way for me to make any income on it, other than to provide my phone number and hope someone calls.

That's not ecommerce.
